Kerala Box Office Update (31.12.22)
1. Avatar 2 - 29.66 Cr (15 days Kerala)
It continues to register superb collections over the holiday season as it will cross 30 Cr from Kerala today. Ever since it's release it has not seen a day with collections under 1 Cr and it's all set to continue into the New Year. It is also the 5th highest grossing film in Kerala post the pandemic and it the coming days, it will easily get into top 3. 40 Cr looks like a cakewalk now.

2. Kaapa - 13.61 Cr (9 days)
It continued to register above average collections over the weekdays and now will look to post a healthy second weekend total to get to 20 Cr worldwide. In Kerala, the movie will cross 10 Cr today. It's the third film of Prithviraj after Jana Gana Mana and Kaduva this year to register 10 Cr+ collections in Kerala.

3. Malikappuram - 0.48 Cr (Day 1)
It opened to positive word of mouth and easily became one of the highest opening movies of Unni Mukundan. It improved over the night shows with the support of family audience and it will most probably grow and post a good weekend total. Much needed hit for Unni Mukundan and also more respite for Mollywood before the year ends.
